This is a watering hole right in the middle of Chinatown that serves surprisingly decent food.

I ordered the Black Pepper Chicken (RM18).  It was outstanding.  There was two chunks of chicken on a bed of mashed potato and some grilled vegetables on the side.

The chicken was perfectly seared on the outside, very little oil, while on the inside the chicken remained juicy and oh-so-well marinated.  The masked potato was the real deal (no powder mix here) and the grilled vegetables were definitely 5-star hotel standard.

The food took a long time to come (30 mins).  You might want to order some starters while you wait, even though the portions of a main course are certainly enough to fill you up.  One bite into the chicken and the wait is definitely worth it.  Where else can you get a well-executed, filling meal for RM20.85 (taxes inclusive)?  Definitely recommended.

Clean restrooms.
