Truffle Fries $8 Crispy fries, tossed in truffle oil and topped with shaved parmesan I&#x2019;m so glad Steakgrill brought luxury truffle into a humble neighborhood and made it accessible to all. Ribeye 250g $19.50 All time favourite with a good balance of fat and lean Indeed, the meat&#x2019;s balance between leanness and fat was perfect.&nbsp; It was beautifully grilled and I love Chef Edwin&#x2019;s attention to detail&#x2014;- he got the medium rare doneness just right. St Louis Ribs 1/3 $14 Applewood smoked ribs served with in-house BBQ sauce (20 mins) It was so flavourful and the portion was so substantial. Most ribs elsewhere are mainly bones and little meat.&nbsp; The reverse is true here. Fish and Shrimps $15.50 Snapper battered and fried, served with tartar sauce Not greasy which is what I fear with most fish and chips.&nbsp; Inside the crispy batter is delicious, firm, moist white fish.&nbsp; The fish feels very fresh.&nbsp; I am impressed with the quality of the produce used here.
