You can build your own cheese platter as you wish from a cheese and charcuterie selection. Jones Wagyu Burger (S$28) Bacon, cheddar, truffle mayo, bois bourdon sauce, pickles, yellow mustard, caramalised onions mesclun in a brioche bun As mentioned, the breads are delicious.\u00a0 The burger bun is no different.\u00a0 The Wagyu patty was executed very well. Brown on the outside; red inside but without any blood dripping. Homemade coconut flour pancakes (S$14) Blueberry compote, fresh banana and whipped greek yoghurt I highly recommend this.\u00a0 The coconut flavour adds a exotic tropical feel to otherwise normal pancakes. Warm sticky date pudding (S$15) Salted caramel sauce &amp; vanilla bean ice-cream Rich and intense.\u00a0 Best eaten with the ice-cream on top."}
