There was a hint of prawn paste in the crispy fried chicken.\u00a0 The sauce was savoury, umami as well as sweet, spicy and sour (from the Thai chilli sauce).\u00a0 So, as you can see, this dish basically hots all the spots. Calpis Soda Fizz with Red Tea Jelly&nbsp; (Choice of mango\/ lime\/ passionfruit) S$5 Possibly one of the best drinks I ever had.\u00a0 It was soda paired with mango puree and chewy jelly.\u00a0 Sweet, but with the tang of the mango, not overly so. Claypot Golden Chicken (small &#8211; S$10; big &#8211; S$16) Quite an interesting dish. There was a hint of prawn paste in the crispy fried chicken.\u00a0 The sauce was savoury, umami as well as sweet, spicy and sour (from the Thai chilli sauce).\u00a0 So, as you can see, this dish basically hots all the spots. The chilli and spring onions add lovely, arresting colours. Sambal Kang Kong (small &#8211; S$8; big &#8211; S$12) I was quite pleasantly surprised the kang kong was very tender and fresh. They seem to have a good vegetable supplier.
