The sauce was unforgettable and so delicious.&nbsp; It has the sour tang of tom yum soup but unlike tom yum soup, it is also creamy and pale green, like <a href=\"http:\/\/travelrestauranthotel.com\/blog\/amaya-food-gallery-amari-johor-bahru\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Thai green curry<\/a>.&nbsp;The recipe is from Ruby\u2019s daughter-in-law, who is Thai, so you can be assured of the recipe\u2019s authenticity.&nbsp;
