The soup was sooooo good.  It’s not a clever new dish, just classic Chinese soup done REALLY well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The soup is so rich it is almost a milk.  It is Chinese comfort food at its best.  The best part of all, you can really taste the intense umami of the dried scallops. I have never had that intense umami flavour of dried scallops before, especially since the dried scallop is not that big.  I believe it has to do with the quality of the ingredients used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
