Excellent.  The wings were coated with sauce as opposed to drowning in sauce (like many Korean chicken wings). The sauce of a masterclass in spiciness— multi-layered and flavour.  The wings are very very crispy, as they should be. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The scallops are huge.  It was so satisfying to bite into them.  The neutral protein also takes up the excellent melange of flavours —- the brininess of the scallop juice, sweetness of mayonnaise, the creaminess of mentai.  The caviar adds a final burst of saltiness and a hint of umami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This dish has the meatiness of Swedish meatballs but with the added tang of the salsa   the tanginess balances the meat.  This is a definite improvement over the Swedish Meatballs at IKEA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
