Stirling Steaks is located right opposite 112 Katong Shopping Mall.
Supposedly you can eat the entire cow here. Their beef is charcoal-grilled and finished with high heat.
Ribeye $37.50
The meat is good. They got the medium rare right. They got the truffle fries right too— crispy with the faint hint of truffle.
Beer (Happy Hour Mon-Thurs) $5.90
This is my first time trying Korean beer. I think you should try and see for yourself if it’s your thing.
