Hey! Yakiniku turns 1! (Anniversary Deals)
Since I last tried Hey! Yakiniku, the home grown Yakiniku specialist restaurant has become ONEderful (Hey! Yakiniku is celebrating its 1st anniversary).
From 15 Aug till 9 Oct, customers can enjoy a Hey! Niku Set at only $29.90. It is a great introductory set that encompasses the best and the most popular meat Hey! Yakiniku offers
The set includes both beef and pork such as Karubi, Pork Belly, Tontoro, Prime Karubi and Gyutan.
The meat platter is accompanied by a bowl of white rice, soup and a side dish. You also have a choice of 2 sauces: spicy sauce or garlic sauce to dip your grilled meat into.
I thoroughly enjoyed my last visit to Hey! Yakiniku. The restaurant is located in Parco Bugis Junction, beside Intercontinental Hotel and right opposite National Library. It is air-conditioned, bright and clean. The seating is arranged mainly in booths so you have some privacy. Lastly, Hey! Yakiniku uses electric grills and not charcoal grills so there is no smoke to stink up your clothes and no soot to land on your face.
The control for the grill is located by the side and there are 3 levels of heat.
The eating utensils and wet towel are kept neatly out of sight in every diner’ individual drawer.
As I have come to associate with Hey! Yakiniku, all the meat in the Hey! Niku Set are delicious. The pork smells and tastes very clean and light. The beef is sweet and their fat is delicious. Out of the 2 sauces, I prefer the garlic sauce as it gives a slight kick.
How about a Sapporo beer to accompany your grilled meat like a true Japanese?
In addition to the limited period Hey! Niku set, to celebrate their 1st anniversary from 15-21 Aug, Hey! Yakiniku is offering the first 100 customers to purchase 100g of Karubi / Pork Belly / Chicken at ONLY $1.00 with every Set Menu ordered. While stocks last.
Moreover, diners get a free Hey! Limited Edition reusable tote bag with $60.00 above spend in a single receipt. While stocks last.
You can also pls toy an Instant Win filter on Instagram and Facebook for freebies. Snap, tag and share for redemption of freebies. Limited to 1 per customer.
For desserts you can try Hana Mochi imported from Japan.
Alternatively, they also have Taiyaki. It was quite fun grilling the Taiyaki 🙂
