Instagrammable 24hr Cafe @ Mosanco Enchanted Cafe The Fairytale Garden (+ Best Value for Money Cocktails)

Located just a few steps away from Farrer Park MRT Exit B, Mosanco Enchanted Cafe The Fairytale Garden is an intimate cafe with a dreamy decor.

What Fairytale Garden has an edge over other cafes is that Fairytale Garden is a 24hr cafe. Yes, it is always open. Everyday! Not even Mcdonald’s can claim that. Finally, I found a supper place after clubbing that is not prata nor tzi char.

Speaking of food, Mosanco Enchanted Cafe The Fairytale Garden has an extensive menu that defies pigeon-holing. There are western mains, burgers and pasta of course. But there are also Korean and Japanese rice dishes. There are also brunch items (available 24 hrs) and an extensive dessert menu including ice cream, waffles and cakes.

That’s not all. The most impressive thing (and the thing I like most about Fairytale Garden) is that they have 24he housepour cocktails!!! A hard liquor cocktail at 7am? I’m in!

Housepour $9/ glass

Step 1: choose your spirit (whiskey/ gin/ tequila/ brandy/ vodka/ rum)

Step 2: choose your mixer (soda water/ tonic water/ coke/ cranberry/ orange)

At $9 per glass, isn’t this the best value for money cocktail in Singapore? You might think it’s a small glass full of ice but so is every club in town and they charge more. I can vouch that it’s definitely not watered down stuff here.

The Enchanted Breakfast $19.90

Scrambled eggs, baked mushrooms, toasted sourdough, turkey bacon. Served with mixed salad and cherry tomatoes.

Choice of chicken sausage/ smashed avocado/ smoked salmon (+$5)

Look at the turkey bacon. It’s real meat. I once encountered reconstituted bacon in a 5-star hotel.

Linguine with Chicken Chop $19.90

Choice of linguine: aglio olio/ creamy base/ tomato base

The linguine is not too heavy. For the chicken chop, I chose miso flavour. The sweetness, savoury and umami has completely penetrated the chicken chop and that makes the chicken chop quite special.
