Set of Six refers to a collection of six literary works by Joseph Conrad set in mainly Latin-heritage countries. The six literary works are Il Conde, The Duel, The Informer, Gaspar Ruiz, An Anarchist and The Brute.         .

Set of Six is a lounge-resto inspired by these sux works and features original cocktails and dishes inspired by these six works.  Get ready for the most recent esoteric gastronomic journey of your life, inspired by the unexpected source of classic literary works.  

The ambience is impossibly chic and dark.  The ambience is more lounge than restaurant.  There is also a DJ deck, which was in use before Covid.

The Mutiny $25

Trinidadian dark rum, venezuelan dark rum, apricot, absinthe pineapple, citrus, aromatic bitters

A rum-forward sour cocktail; balanced by tropical notes and subtle hints of star anise and fennel.

Between Worlds $25

Apple brandy, jamaican rum, peach liqueur, citrus cinnamon, ginger, orange bitters

A surprisingly potent drink, this fruit & spice forward elixir is for the brave.

Chica Morada $25

Pisco, cachaca, oloroso sherry, purple corn, citrus, egg white, fizz

The most popular drink throughout Chile, we have bolstered it with some local firewater.

I have to say, the cocktails here are original, multi-layered.  Also, the cocktails are quite attractive to ladies. 

From Gaspar Ruiz:

Sea-bass ceviche, sweet potato and popcorn with tiger’s milk $32

This is possibly the most delicious ceviche I have tried.  The acidity and zing of the onions is complemented by the sweetness of the sweet potato.   

From Il Conde:

Risotto – asparagus, wild mushrooms and semi dried tomatoes $32

Though a vegetarian dish, the risotto is quite creamy and delicious.
