Juicy wagyu patty, classic streaky bacon, caramelized onions, bourbon BBQ sauce, Swiss cheese, quail egg, sunny side, American mustard, with toasted brioche bun.
Mr Mooink
Angus ribeye slices, caramelized onions, roasted capsicum, gherkin and jalapeno slices
Rib Man
Braised bone-in pork rib, fresh onions, garlic cream, signature bourbon BBQ sauce, green apple strips, hugged by a toasted sub bun. Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese, all wrapped with streaky pork bacon, grilled and drizzled in sesame mayo, with toasted sub bun.
The fillings of each burger was delicious and can stand on its own as an entree. This is a good opportunity to taste bite-sized portions of these delicious “mains”.
