Mushroom Cream Soup RM$25 Button mushroom cooked with onion, garlic, cream and covered with puff pastry. The crust was light, fluffy and buttery.&#xA0; Most importantly,&#xA0; it tasted fresh like it was freshly made.&#xA0; That impressed me. Australian Rack of Lamb RM$118 Herb crusted lamb with fondant potato cylinder, french bean, mashed bean, Kalamata olive tapenade, sundried tomato pastes and garlic rosemary sauce. The lamb rack was lovingly crusted and lovingly grilled.&#xA0; Already very fresh and tender to begin with, the asparagus was&#xA0; sauteed just right.&#xA0; It had the loveliest green colour to it and had a gentle snap.&#xA0; Overall,&#xA0; I had the impression the chef took a lot of care in preparing this entree. Panna Cotta RM$20 Cooked cream with vanilla bean, gelatine and sugar. Served with mixed berries sauce.
