It pairs well with both 1664 Blanc and Hoegaarden beers. 1664 Blanc $11.25 Hoegaarden $10 Zuppa Di Vongole $20 The soup is rich, has a lovely colour and the clams are clean.&nbsp; They considerately provide a bowl for you to put the shells in.&nbsp; Lastly, the garlic bread is delicious &#8212; crusty and buttery and garlicky. Pork Ribs in 101 BBQ Sauce $22.50 The meat falls easily for the bone.&nbsp; The great find here is the BBQ sauce.&nbsp; I like it because it is less sweet and cloy and most (American?) BBQ sauces. Premium Grain-fed Ribeye Steak $32 I like Bistro101 because it is so quiet.&nbsp; I see people discussing business deals when I was there.&nbsp; I guess they chose this place for the conducive environment.
