The crust was light, fluffy and buttery.\u00a0 Most importantly,\u00a0 it tasted fresh like it was freshly made.\u00a0 That impressed me. Australian Rack of Lamb RM$118 Herb crusted lamb with fondant potato cylinder, french bean, mashed bean, Kalamata olive tapenade, sundried tomato pastes and garlic rosemary sauce. The lamb rack was lovingly crusted and lovingly grilled.\u00a0 Already very fresh and tender to begin with, the asparagus was\u00a0 sauteed just right.\u00a0 It had the loveliest green colour to it and had a gentle snap.\u00a0 Overall,\u00a0 I had the impression the chef took a lot of care in preparing this entree. Panna Cotta RM$20 Cooked cream with vanilla bean, gelatine and sugar. Served with mixed berries sauce.
