MZ Special Pho Beef RM$16.90 This is the most delicious pho I have ever eaten.\u00a0 I never expected that it would be in a small town like Johor Bahru.\u00a0 The broth was light but rich and flavourful.\u00a0 The beef was tender.\u00a0 You squeeze lime juice over it before you start eating.\u00a0 That adds acidity and zest.\u00a0 With the herbs provided,\u00a0 it was just soooo aromatic and out of this world.\u00a0 It must also be said the chilli in which you dip the beef was also out of this world. Vietnamese Fried Quail with Green Sauce RM$10.90 The standout of this dish is the green chilli sauce you the quail into.\u00a0 It was out of this world!\u00a0 It was very complex in flavour but completely balanced.\u00a0 The sauce gave the quail an unforgettable kick and lifted it immeasurably.
