By now, Chef Adam was recognized as the beef expert for US Meat Federation and the USDA.\u00a0 That made him, naturally, a connoisseur of meat and he was invited to travel all over China and other parts of Asia to impart his knowledge on the subject of cooking a great steak.\u00a0 It certainly didn\u2019t hurt his reputation when in 2008, Chef Adam\u2019s steakhouse in Hong Kong was listed in the Top 10 Best New Restaurants, a testimony to his unparalleled steak-cooking skills. Chef Adam\u2019s award winning New York Steak &amp; Burger was launched in Shanghai in 2010 followed by his unique and highly acclaimed restaurant Shanghai Slim\u2019s the following year.\u00a0 The success of both these restaurants in a society that largely prefers its own cuisine is a demonstration of Chef Adam\u2019s superior cooking techniques and inimitable touch when it comes to flavor and seasoning.
