Inside,\u00a0 the earthy decor resonates with the copious use of wood and hints at the hearty nature of the cuisine served here.\u00a0 The space is beautiful,\u00a0 bright and airy, \u00a0thanks to the row of ceiling-to-waist windows running down the side of the restaurant which let in plenty of natural light.\u00a0 Overall,\u00a0 the decor and cuisine is one cohesive whole.\u00a0 In other words,\u00a0 The Burnin&#8217; Pit was carefully thought through and executed.\u00a0 That is always good in a restaurant. The Burnin&#8217; Pit smokes all their meat themselves for 8-14 hours the night before.\u00a0 In other words,\u00a0 all meat are in limited supply and available only until sold out. The meat,\u00a0 whether it is beef brisket,\u00a0 beef ribs,\u00a0 pulled beef,\u00a0 lamb or sausages made themselves in-house,\u00a0is just gorgeous.\u00a0 I always knew meat is filling but I didn&#8217;t know meat can be this beautiful.\u00a0 The skin of the beef rib simply sparkled (from fat,\u00a0\u00a0 I think).\u00a0 All meat had a beautiful red inside. They tasted wonderful.\u00a0 Though the portion was thick and hearty,\u00a0 regardless of the kind of meat, the flavour has COMPLETELY infiltrated,\u00a0 penetrated,\u00a0 soaked through,\u00a0 soaked up by the meat.\u00a0 It was heaven.\u00a0 Depending on the cut of meat you chose,\u00a0 the fat is all soft and buttery from being smoked so long.\u00a0 When you bit into the meat,\u00a0 the velvety fat creams your mouth.\u00a0 OMG!\u00a0 All the side dishes were delicious too.\u00a0 They don&#8217;t neglect details.
