here).\u00a0 Nevertheless,\u00a0 no aspect of it was overdone.\u00a0 You get a whiff of the truffle oil;\u00a0the soup is creamy but not too creamy.\u00a0 Even the garlic cigar, which is basically garlic bread, is not overpoweringly, nauseatingly garlicky.\u00a0 The flavours in this soup remain polite and refined.\u00a0 Considering this soup is typical Western cuisine,\u00a0 the sheer fact that Chef Oh has created a delicate, refined version of it,\u00a0 I thought that was quite original and ground-breaking.<\/p>\n<p><a inventive use of Aged Hua Diao wine,\u00a0which gives the beef a distinctive,\u00a0inimitable flavour.\u00a0Chef Oh has also suitably\u00a0provided mashed potatoes to mop up the rich, delicious sauce.\u00a0 BTW,\u00a0 the braised beef goes excellently with the housepour Pierre Jean Merlot (France; S$13 per glass).\u00a0\u00a0I found the housepour delicious and extremely drinkable.\u00a0 And
