Q Classified is a beautiful, utterly feminine cafe right in the heart of Orchard in Takashimaya.  A relatively new cafe opened in Oct 2021, the decor is decked out in pink and is completely adorned with dried flowers and bird cages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q Classified is a westernized Japanese\/ Korean cafe.  The dishes are fusions of western and Korean\/ Japanese dishes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Japan Bay Oyster Omelet $24<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A favourite street food, the oyster is plump and juicy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wagyu Ribeye with Pan Seared Foie Gras $45<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This dish was unexpectedly excellently executed.  The ribeye was on point in its medium rareness.  I was impressed by the foie gras\u2014- it has a lovely sear crust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lobster was super firm and the tagliatelle has a delicious richness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was rich but light.  Contradictory?  No.  This one probably has high coconut content as opposed to high ice cream content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
