A Cube Bistro offers Italian cuisine ingeniously incorporating Asian and local twists.  The inventive cuisine are the creations of affable Chef Richard, who has over a decade of experience. 

A Cube Bistro seamlessly combines the cozy ambiance of a café, the sophistication of a restaurant, and the laid-back atmosphere of a bar.

The ambience is contemporary yet inviting. Stone-textured walls, paired with sleek black industrial-style fixtures, create a homely ambiance. The warm and natural hues contribute to an inviting atmosphere, making patrons feel right at home.

Muscle Mussel Mouclade $20

Local farmed live mussels, chige tomato broth, tomatoes, Lao gan me persillade, Mantou

Picture plump mussels immersed in a Chige tomato broth, infused with the rich essence of lapcheong (Chinese sausages) and the zesty kick of kimchi.

Taking inspiration from its Belgian heritage, this creation substitutes the customary fries with crispy potato fritters atop the dish. For the ideal accompaniment to savor the flavorful broth, indulge in bites of fried mantou on the side.

A culinary delight and a beloved choice for many, this dish is a harmonious blend of influences from traditional Belgian Moules and the timeless Korean Army Stew. Crafted with locally-farmed live mussels, it presents a unique fusion of flavors.

“Retro” Pizza (12 inches)

No self-respecting Italian restaurant would be complete without pizza!

Of course, the dough here is carefully calibrated after much tweaking and is now made fresh in-house and stretched by hand by the expert staff.

Staying true to the Neapolitan style, the crust boasts an airy texture with a subtly chewy center and delightfully crispy edges, delivering a thoroughly satisfying crunch

Duck Confit $28

48 HR Air Dried Duck Leg Confit, Spiced Honey Glaze, Potato Sheets, farro and mushroom fricasse, tamarind jus

The Duck Confit was exceptional!

Firstly, the Duck Confit adorned with crispy house-made “potato sheets”.

As for the duck leg itself, before it is confited to achieve a delightful crispiness, it first undergoes a 48-hour air-drying process.

The gravy at the side is no ordinary brown sauce.  It incorporates tamarind which imparts a muted tanginess and sweetness to balance the gamey duck.

Finally, you will a bed of Chinese glutinous rice blended with mushrooms and chestnut at the bottom. 

Besides the delicious cuisine, a surprisingly revelation is the coffee here.  They serve coffee that freshly roasted in-house coffee and features a unique blend sourced from Brazil, Colombia, and Ethiopia. This mellow, medium roast coffee features notes cherry, brown sugar, and rich dark chocolate that is perfect for an after-meal experience.  For coffee aficionados, you can customize the coffee to suit your preferences and take home a bag of freshly roasted customized mix of Arabica beans.

Alternatively, you can customized and leave your special blend there at the restaurant under your name.  Whenever you visit, they will prepare your coffee from your unique blend.
