パテとパン 屋台街では午後から夜にかけ、パリッとしたバゲットにお好みのミートパテと野菜のピクルスを挟んだサンドイッチを２，０００リエル前後で買うことができます。 パテはスパムに似た食感です。西欧諸国で口にするパテとは明らかに異なりますが、このパテを挟んだバゲットはとてもおいしいです。 蓮のデザート こちらもかなりおいしいです。かき氷に覆われたチョコレートアイスクリームにエバミルクをたっぷりとかけ、蓮の種をトッピングした一品。最高です！
