- Handle customers’ enquiries and requests in an accurate and professional manner
- Responsible to update the complete accurate information on customer interaction in the database
- To fulfill Call Centre expectations and KPI, ensuring the productivity level of the service
- Provide high level of service delivery and resolve customers’ problems/complaints by applying appropriate skills
- Promote and cross sell company’s products and services when opportunities arises
- Handle ad-hoc projects when assigned
