HR Manager

Reporting to the Head of the Business and functionally to the APAC Head of HR, you will manage full spectrum HR functions from recruitment, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee engagement to performance management.

You will support the business strategies by working closely with all business stakeholders and play a strategic advisory role to facilitate business operational transactions and improvements. You need to be able to excel in a dynamic, ambiguous and fast-paced environment, showcasing the ability to navigate through changes.

To be successful in this role, you need to have at least 6 years of HR experience with leadership or people management responsibility and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. Most importantly, you need to have positive attitude, maturity and resilience.
