Popular Halal Thai Restaurant in Heartlands Celebrates 1st Anniversary @ Lemongrass Singapore (CDC Vouchers Accepted)

Originally started as a project for the wife, popular Halal Thai restaurant Lemongrass has been pleasing the residents of Upper Serangoon/ Buangkok (both Muslims and non-Muslims) since Apr 2021.  In view of their upcoming 1st Anniversary, Lemongrass has plans to introduce a series of Tom Yum dishes eg Tom Yum fried rice.

The decor is bright, airy and fun!  Kids and influencers should have a lot of fun posing and dining at the 2 Tuk-Tuk high tables.

With an authentic Thai chef at the helm of the kitchen, all the dishes have flavours that blend together imperceptibly and harmoniously.  I do consider that the highest level of cooking.

Papaya Salad (Somtum) with Grilled Prawns  $4.80

The different flavours blend harmoniously. The prawns have beautiful grill marks.

Pad Thai with Grilled Chicken $11.80

I like this Pad Thai a lot.  Most Pad Thais in Singapore (by local chefs) are too wet and soggy.  This Pad Thai is dry.  I also like the grilled chicken.  It is also dry and not greasy.  It really reminds me of the grilled chicken I have had in Thailand.

Tom Yum Soup $9.80

Contains squid and prawns

It is chock full of fresh seafood.  The price-to-value ratio is excellent.

Coconut Shake $6.80

Refreshing and coconut-y.

Queen’s Mango Sticky Rice $8.80

Sweet mango with rich luscious coconut cream

CDC vouchers are accepted at Lemongrass.
