Exciting news for enthusiasts of the renowned Japanese udon establishment, Tamoya Udon & Tempura, as they’ve recently inaugurated their second branch at Paya Lebar’s SingPost Centre!

The star of the show, of course, is the udon itself. Hand-pulled daily, the udon boasts a remarkable firm and chewy texture, setting it apart from the rest. The blend of three different flours imported from Japan contributes to the authenticity of the dish.

The new Paya Lebar establishment introduces an array of enticing additions to the menu, such as the zesty Tomato Cream Udon ($13.40+) and the indulgent Carbonara Udon ($13.40+), featuring a luscious, cheesy broth. Additionally, there’s the Ankake Udon ($14.40+), featuring a rich soup made from fish broth and seasoned with soy sauce.
