This place isn’t that big, unlike American outlet malls.

The ground level is more focused on luxury brands eg Armani, Ralph Lauren, Burberry, Zegna, Ferragamo etc and bag brands eg Tumi.

Level 1 (up through escalator) has more high street brands eg Esprit, GAP, Guess, Levi’s, Fossil, Clark etc, entry brands eg DKNY as well as sport brands eg Nike, Adidas.

There are restaurants but also a more affordable food court. Coffee Bean and Starbucks are present.

The toilets are the Western, sitting type and are clean, cool and dry.

Plenty of parking.

There seems to be some great bargains there.  Prices are marked down 50% or more from their retail price.

Brutally frank:

My suggestion is not to be so concerned with how much cheaper the items they are than in normal retails shops in Singapore or if you can get a better bargain online or in Hong Kong etc.  My suggestion is to simply decide if the item is worth the price for sale at JPO and make your buying decision based on that.
