Forget rubbishy cream-heavy chowder.  The chowder here is slightly sourish with bits of seafood in it.

Such beautiful colours—- yellow and green on a plate.  The fish is white, tastes light and free of any unpleasant odours.  The remoulade sauce,  slightly sweet and tangy,  is a suitable accompaniment.

I thought this looked like a beautiful garden.  The meat tastes fresh,  had a beautiful muted pink and a nice, small amount of fat.

New Zealand on a plate!  Kiwi and pavlova!  A most wonderful end to meal— light and tangy.  I loved it.
