The presentation was simple yet inviting, with freshly made pita bread glistening under a delicate brush of garlic oil, served alongside a generous portion of house-made hummus. Taking our first bite, we were immediately transported to the sun-drenched shores of the Mediterranean. The pita bread, warm and pillowy soft, provided the perfect canvas for the rich, velvety hummus. Each bite was a harmonious blend of textures and flavors, with the subtle hint of garlic adding a delightful depth to the experience.
