Celebrity-chef-and-restauranteur Scott Webster has graced the sunny shores of Singapore with his grand opening of Osia Bar and Restaurant at Resorts World Sentosa. Established in 2010, it sets to introduce tantalising Australian cuisine to epicureans in Singapore and it is already teasing eager devotees.

Otherwise known as the “Osia experience”, the restaurant prides itself in bringing about the freshest ingredients from Australia as well as the Pacific Rim and Asia Pacific regions in their nutritious and seasonal dishes. Complemented together with New World wines, it sets to provide customers with an unforgettable dining experience where elegance meets delight.

Customers can also look forward to a much more liveable dining experience where Osia’s contemporary interiors are a marriage of both chic and casual. Adorned with large panel windows that allow swaths of natural sunlight, the restaurant also encompasses polished wood veneer and banquettes in the central dining room, creating a convivial atmosphere. An open kitchen concept with a beech stone hearth oven as the highlight supplies chefs the liberty to create their own inspired dishes. Apart from all of this, there is even an adjourning bar area with a ceviche counter with sleek high chairs and marble tables that customers can unwind at.

Striving to propagate Osia’s vision of sophistication in Australian cuisine at its pinnacle on an international level, Chef Webster has a long-running relationship with Australian winemaker Penfolds, which offers world-class wines, spirits and beers. All of it spruces life at Osia’s Grange private dining room which is nestled at an exclusive corner of the restaurant where bottles of the coveted wine are displayed beautifully on the walls.
