Reservations Agent

  • To handle enquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to customers over the phone
  • Provide accurate and efficient processing of reservations support work related to pricing, ticketing and schedule changes
  • Meet daily KPI requirements

Requirements

  • Min GCE N Level with 1 year Call Centre or Airline/ Customer Service/ Hotel Experience
  • Able to work rotating shifts – from 8am to 930pm (8 to 9 hours per shift) and there will be a shift allowance.
  • Results-oriented and effective team player with an eye for details and business processes in a dynamic environment
  • Possess strong analytical skills to identify cause of problems & recommend solutions.
