Software Engineer

• Build and Lead the department and oversee research and development for Software Engineering requirements
• Design, validate and approve designs of product/services that meets customers’ requirement in terms of quality, ergonomics, manufacturability and safety; and deliver in a cost-effective and timely manner
• Constant upgrade of knowledge in advanced area of technology that mould a department so as to cultivate new ideas that brings value to the technical solutioning
• Creating and developing basic software configuration and specification in respond to customer

Requirements

• Planning and decision-making to adopt other related technical Solution which allows wider coverage of design reuse on the subject area
• Producing technical Project costing for new proposal initiatives
• Evaluating and decision-making on possible alternatives for search of optimal solutions
• Clarifying and endorsing software related system requirements
• Ensuring software performance meets and exceeds the system specifications endorsed in design reviews
• Providing guidance on test results and makes recommendation to improve the software performance
