Refreshing -3 degrees Sapporo Beer @ Saturday House, Singapore

Located within the Ubi industrial estate, Saturday House is a boisterous bistro that has a loyal group of regular customers

Most notably, customers are able to enjoy Sapporo beer and Sapporo dark beer at -3 degrees Celsius.  Most places serve up beer at 3-5 degrees.  The sub-zero temperature does indeed make the beer fresher.

That beautiful char aroma comes from the lava stone grill they use.

Sambal Fish $16.90

Pacific dory topped with spicy homemade sambal. Grilled to crisp and served with fragrant butter rice

The sambal is fried for 4 hours, yet it tastes surprisingly light.
