Senior Operations Head – Retail

In line with its long term strategic plans, you will be responsible for providing functional expertise and executing functional responsibilities to support store operations and to execute business unit initiatives. Challenges and inspires retail employees to achieve business results. Responsible for all phases of new store development including concept development, real estate, construction and execution with cross-functional teams and leadership. Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results. Supports the implementation of Company programs, procedures, methods and practices to promote key messages and achieve a competitive advantage. Setting goals for the work group, developing organizational capability across functional stakeholders. Candidate might be tasked with the profit and loss responsibility for individual retail Stores Island wide.

Requirements

  • The successful candidate will be an experienced retail personnel with at least 10 years of experience in an similar multi category/product environment.
  • Proven progressive experience managing in multi-unit retail or service organizations 5+ years
  • Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities based on understanding of team/business needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to address ambiguous situations, identify information needs and potential sources, and map a course of action to define issues and coordinate work streams.
