Aburi-EN (Tanjong Pagar Centre), Singapore

Tucked away in a cosy corner of Basement 2 (same level as MRT station) of  Tanjong Pagar Centre aka Guoco Land Tower is the cosy Japanese restaurant Aburi-EN.

No ordinary Japanese restaurant, Aburi-EN specializes in aburi or partially grilled meats.  Aburi-EN’s core offering is a variety of high quality donburi (rice bowls) built around their delicious grilled meats.  The blockbuster items on their menu are Japan’s No.1 champion beef, Miyazaki Wagyu, and chestnut-fed pork.  All these at affordable prices in a comfortable and affable ambience.

At Aburi-EN, you can also enjoy Japanese drinking culture with an extensive selection of Japanese cocktails, highballs, shochu and sake that complements the array of grilled meats.
