Strong, intense flavours.  This one is quite original since pork belly is usually made into Roast Pork.

You must eat this with the green chilli-fish sauce provided.  Solid street food.

Salted Egg Lotus Root

Salted egg and basil is always a good combo.  With the added crunch of the lotus root, good just got better.  : )

Chicken fillet with rosemary red wine sauce with sweet potato, edamame and almond

This dish is truly original, one that you won’t find anywhere.  Everything on the plate is healthy for the heart.  And it’s low fat!
