Souffle pancakes are the latest trend to hit Johor Bahru and Hotcake Johor is the first cafe dedicated to souffle pancakes. This shop’s grand opening was officiated by Singapore-based Mediacorp actor, Zhang Yaodong.

Souffle pancakes can be part of a savoury set too.  This savoury  breakfast set has eggs and sausages.  This set is filling.

Popcorn Latte (no caffeine) RM$10.90

You must try this!  The flavour of caramel in hot milk is just terrific.

Very Berries RM$18

Homemade custard cream, blueberry, raspberry, strawberry with raspberry sauce

This is one of their signature items and sure to be a hit with ladies.  What a pretty set.
